Are you ready to begin your journey of hope and healing?

Welcome to Grieve2Live with Jayme - Guiding you from Grief to Growth.

Meet Your Grief Educator, Jayme

Grieve2Live with Jayme was born from my personal journey through loss and transformation. After the passing of my mother in July 2020, I underwent a profound awakening that deepened my understanding of grief and guided me toward healing and self-discovery. This experience ignited a passion within me to create a compassionate and supportive environment where others can embrace and honor their own grief.

In the summer of 2022, I completed a certificate program designed by world renowned grief expert, David Kessler and became a Certified Grief Educator. Through my own experience and professional expertise, I am dedicated to empowering others to take their first steps toward healing. I recognize that each person's grief is unique, and I provide personalized support, practical tools, and an unwavering belief in your ability to heal.

Honoring the journey of grief with compassion, strength, and authenticity.

At the heart of my practice are four core values:

Compassionate Presence: Being fully present with those who are grieving, offering empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental space where they can express their emotions freely.

Individualized Support: Recognizing that grief is unique to each person and providing personalized care that respects and honors their individual journey and needs.

Empowerment Through Education: Offering education and resources that empower individuals to understand and navigate their grief, equipping them with tools to heal and find renewed purpose.

Authentic Connection: Building genuine, trusting relationships that foster a sense of community and belonging, ensuring that no one has to grieve alone.

Healing From Loss

People often think there is no way to heal from severe loss. I believe that is not true. We heal when we can remember those who have died with more love than pain and when we find a way to create meaning in our own life in a way that will honor theirs.

Loss isn't a choice anyone makes. Yet, how we navigate grief and rediscover life is within our control. Remember you are not alone on this journey. Reach out, connect with our community, share your story, and allow yourself the grace to heal.
